re-TREATS
Custom therapy retreats in Big Sky, Montana. Where the mountains hold the space for deeper work.
Some things can only surface when you step away entirely.
The body is not meant to run on urgency and constant doing. We need 4-5 days of quiet rest so what gets buried beneath daily life can finally be felt.
Because when we step away from what rushes us, we return to what restores us.
“It takes courage to say yes to rest and play in a culture where exhaustion is seen as a status symbol.”
- Brené Brown
Rooted in the mountains of Big Sky, Montana. Nature as co-healer.
There is something about the scale of Montana that does something to a person. The mountains don't rush. The sky doesn't apologize for how big it is. The stillness is not empty— it is full of something that most of us have been too busy to notice.
Sitting among the trees, listening to the river run, or being held by the mountains nourishes us with awe, wonder, and connection. Thoughts slow down. The shoulders drop. Muscles relax. The stomach settles. The exhale lengthens.
This landscape is not a backdrop to the work. It is part of the work — inviting you to re-TREAT yourself in ways that four walls simply cannot.
Who this is for
A re-TREAT is not a session and it is not a workshop. It is something that asks more, and gives more in return. It is for the person who has been doing the work and is ready to go somewhere they haven't been able to reach in a weekly appointment.
A re-TREAT may be right for you if:
You have been in therapy and are ready for a deeper immersive experience
You are at a turning point, a transition, a loss, a chapter that is ending or beginning
You feel called to step away entirely and give something in you a chance to surface
You are drawn to nature as part of your healing and want to work in that landscape
You are ready for something that goes all the way in
Let’s talk about what a re-TREAT might look like for you.
re-TREATS are offered by application only. This is not a commitment — it is the beginning of a conversation about whether a re-TREAT is right for you, what it might look like, and what you are ready for.
