Hi! I’m Mary Beth, founder of NOURISH talk walk flow grow.
For a long time, I did “all the things.” I believed that if I just worked harder on myself— learned more, ran more, drank more green juice, did more— at some point I would arrive at some healed, fully figured-out version of me. And yet, I kept sensing that something essential was missing.
Eventually, life began asking me to show up differently. A running injury forced me to stop moving in the ways I always had and stay still. Sobriety introduced me to a presence I once thought impossible. Mothering taught me patience, grace, and a kind of self-compassion I had never known. The pandemic challenged me to trust my instincts and move my work outside. Grief and loss clarified what mattered most, giving me the courage to leave the stability of hospital work and fully commit to this practice.
These experiences taught me that real growth doesn’t happen by striving for more. It happens by staying with what we’ve spent a lifetime trying to outrun. The goal was never to feel better, but to become better at feeling.
It’s gritty, slow, and disorienting — yet so powerful. And what I feared became exactly what I needed.
From this place, I built NOURISH.
I used to think this work would make life easier. What I know now is that this work doesn’t protect us from life’s challenges. It expands our capacity to meet them and stay present for this wild ride called life.
NOURISH is a place where meaningful growth happens because all the parts of you are welcomed — your bright lights and your darkest shadows. It all belongs here.

My work is rooted in both science and art, brain and body, structure and spaciousness.
Here at NOURISH, I believe:
where you are today does not define who you are
you know you best
not every question can be answered by AI
nature nurtures
mood follows action
growth happens in wild places, not perfectly manicured ones
Clients often tell me that our work feels grounding, purposeful, and actually helpful. I aim to create a space—wherever we meet —that is steady, compassionate and deeply human. Sometimes it’s even fun.

Outside the office
I’m human, still figuring this all out too.
I’m a mom, wife, friend, sister. By nature, I’m very active and on-the-go. You’ll often find me outside running, walking my dogs, adventuring and exploring with family and friends. As I’ve gotten older though, I’ve come to embrace a slower pace and more quiet moments. In fact, life without my morning meditation practice is now unimaginable. These days, I’m less interested in outcomes and more interested in trusting myself to handle whatever comes my way. I love a good cup of coffee, a sweaty yoga class, a fun farmer’s market brings me joy, and a meal with family and friends stirs my soul. And, one day, hopefully by age 50, I’ll ski a black diamond with my girls.
